Cooling fans on equipment up phone mast causing resonance.

I have been hearing this sound all day and night (which gives me headaches) for 2-3 years.

Only just figured out what is causing the sound. Can somebody investigate please?

I am pretty sure this is the closest mast to my home.

Thank you so much.

On the compound fence of every radio site is a contact number for reporting H&S issues with the site. That notice is intentionally in a location safe for the general public and also quotes the site reference.

That particular site is also multi-operator - what makes you so certain it's EE's cooling fans that are causing you issues?

It is impossible to pinpoint which hardware on the mast is causing the resonance.

An engineer (which I am not) will quickly locate the faulty fan.

If it is not EE, the engineer will be able to notify the carrier responsible.

I am merely pointing out that there is a fault with the equipment in that location, 0.8 miles from my home.

It would be a bad idea to notify every carrier on that mask perhaps?

Thought I would come here first as I am an EE customer.

Thanks for your help bristolian, much appreciated

Not sure what a mask is, in this context.

*Mast.

Ok I shall take a look.

Many thanks.
