I’d like to know when this issue will be resolved asap. I can barely use mobile data when out and about and this is an issue with a critically ill son. I also expect the monthyl DD to be substantially reduced whilst this issue continues

You can check for known network issues using the "check status" option on https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker

It’s more an eta and a refund I seek. They know there is an issue as I got a text on it the other day. Yes on the checked website it says “we are looking into an issue” but again no ETA

All radio networks faults are resolved ASAP, but priorities & ETR can often depend on the initial remote triage and/or a physical site visit.

You can discuss your specific account via CS on 150, but no network guarantees a 100% fault-free service 24/7/375 - outages happen.

If you're indoors with WiFi coverage, then WiFi-calling allows full use of your phone for calls & texts without needing mobile signal.

This is not good enough when I have a critically ill son. I am expecting a refund for distress and inconvenience.

You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.

Alternatively you can complain here: https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee/complaint
