Struggling to get service on my new iPhone 14 pro max, tried everything possible, SIM card registers when removed says “ no SIM card” I’m not sure what to do…

Does your old SIM still work in your old phone?

I’ve put it in my old phone but it now says my number isn’t available with this iPhone when inserted in old phone

Is this a new connection or did you upgrade?

Are you seeing the 'no SIM card' message when the SIM is in your new phone?

No service on my new iPhone pro max 14, had to go into store to get new SIM card, how long until it activates and if I can do anything to make it activate quicker

Upgrade and only when I take it out

New SIM cards can take up to 24 hours to activate, although it's usually much quicker.

It's normal for your phone to display no SIM when it is removed.

Did you transfer your old SIM to your new phone?
