Hi have a sim only subscription and haven't had 5g since I've had it in my phone. Is 5g not including with these sims it not clear anywhere

Resolved! No 4 Or 5G on my phone. SOS only

I haven't been able to connect to any WIFI for some time now but NOW I haven't even got 4 or 5G on the phone. I only have SOS available. What is the reason for this when I have unlimited data on my account?

I share a plan with my family and nobody has got any service, regardless of us being in different locations. Does anybody know what the issue may be? The bill has been paid for the month.
