New Pixel 11, 5G speed

My wife and I have both just upgraded to a Pixel 11 Pro XL phones and the 5G speed is very slow. Around 60mbps.We have opted for eSims and now our numbers show up as +44000000000?What's happening?Will this correct itself in a few days?
