I have an iPhone 14 Pro and a 5G plan. I can’t get 5G at home dispite the coverage checker saying I can get it. Why is the coverage map wrong?

in my postcode area (TF9) the signal is always bad....   indoors anywhere in my town you struggle to get any signal at all.  in my home i very rarely can take a call unless i use whatsapp or messenger.  most times my phone will ping when i go upstair...
