Not receiving call or texts

I am not receiving calls or texts off my phone number not even from 150

No wi fi

Anyone else on here on the Kilfinnan mast in Scotland. No service for a week. EE have no information as to when it will be fixed, if indeed it is broken.

Completely agree and not just north Norfolk everytime I hit the a47/a11 roundabout on the southern by pass I drop to 1 bar of signal and lose all calls. Plus I have complaints from work calls now that no one can hear me 

Work on network projected to last 8 days????!!!

I was informed by text a few days ago there would be work on EEs network that could result in disruption, that might last 8 days.  I guess the work has started because I cannot make phone calls.  I have an extremely unwell family member, I'm worried ...

My husband and I have been having exactly the same problems for some weeks now. We turned the 5g off and still have the problem too. We’ve been in different geographic locations over the past month and it’s been the same wherever we’ve been.

Poor reception

Up to about 3 months ago, I use to have perfect signal at home (B91). It has now deteriorated so much that we have to stand in the garden to get any reception. What will have caused this and how can we remedy it?
