Wifi Calling Stopped Working (31st)

Good Evening 

Has anyone else's WiFi Calling suddenly stopped working today ?? (31st)

I've tried all the usual fixes. Restarted everything. Everything up to date. But still won't connect. 

Kind of stuck without it as no signal whatsoever without it.

The acid test with any company is how they respond when things go wrong. I think it's fair to say that EE have not covered themselves in glory with this issue. As has been mentioned all it would have taken to keep most people informed is a status update on their website. Instead each affected user has to go through the bother of all the usual restarts and checks and, when that fails, start googling for help on the Internet.

I'd hope for more from one of the more expensive service providers!

Time they pulled their fingers out as it's nearly 24 hours and still not working.

Any major network should have standby backup to guard against failure, software backup ready to restore, new release advance testing, etc. It would seem EE have totally inadequate contingency. Not a good sign.

This is important - it's not just calls, loads of services these days rely on two factor authentication involving texting you a one time passcode when you do things like buying stuff on line. Do EE not read these messages ? Is there really noone who can give an estimate of when this will be fixed ?

EE - Everything Everywhere. Should be NN - Nothing Nowhere

I’m currently messaging them, thus far rubbish, just being escalated.  Will keep you all posted.

i suggest we all ask for compensation 

I’ve just been told that I’m through to Billing (despite being clear it was a technical issue).  I asked to be transferred only to be told I could only CALL them.  It would be funny if it wasn’t so daft🤣😩😡

Mine too. Tried everything. Can think of. Says it's working in settings but unable to connect and no icon on home screen

Same. Spent all morning trying different things before I found this thread.
