Why is EE signal rubbish in Caerphilly area

Is anyone else having issues with making calls in the Caerphilly area? I cannot believe that EE is the best network for 10 years in a row, if that is true what on earth are the rest like!? If I can ring out it takes about a minute to connect. After talking for a couple of minutes I will lose signal, nothing but silence, I then have to ring again and so the process goes on and on. I do not want to land a plane I just want to make a call!

Is your issue, just indoor coverage or is outdoor also a no-coverage area? WiFi-calling should resolve indoor coverage - anywhere that you have issues.

You try making a call in Rhonda then!! I will lay money on you can't, no signal, cut off, weird nose on the line, it goes on and on. Makes me laugh you only have a minute in which to respond on here. Worried about the details and complaints?

Some colleagues travel through the area quite regularly and don't experience the issues you describe.

No idea what you mean about only having a minute.

I too drive through Rhondda Valley on a regular basis so I have experienced this hence my opinion. I am still entitled to my opinion even in this day and age!! Also I have friends who live in the Rhondda Valley they too are on EE their mobile signal is so bad they use their landline when they are at home.

You may not have any idea about my experience regarding the one minute but I am explaining my experience
