Are you connected to WiFi when this happens? 

Is this happening in all areas? 

If this is one area, if you select the 'check status' option on the EE Coverage & Network Status Checker | Check your signal, does it report any problems?

You can report lost in-call audio using the "Report a problem" link under the "check status" webtool
