I check the coverage checker and it says I have good coverage for my iPhone 13, yet I still get dropped calls, patchy calls and poor connection. I even went into the shop in Hitchin as I couldn’t get through on a call.
They said we have a mast problem. Why doesn’t this show on the coverage checker??

@Haiderh25 Are you clicking the check status tab on that page or just clicking check coverage tab on that same page ?
Have you also enabled on your iPhone “Prevent Lock To End Call”. You’ll find this in Settings>Accessibility>Touch. If you enable this is will stop the side button from ending the call this is a new feature of iOS 16 as many a dropped call was actually via human interaction and this button.

The online tool serves two functions:
"Check coverage" predicts the usual service in the given location, "Check status" searches for known faults & issues in the location, with further options to "report a problem" and "get updates"
Do other EE users in your location also have similar problems? Any network issues would affect all users indiscriminately & regardless of device type.
