WiFi and data signal down?

Have had issues in Surrey area all day, no WiFi or signal whilst out and about. Has there been reports of this or when this may be fixed?

WiFi is just a connection between your phone and a broadband router, it's independent of EE's mobile network.

If your phone isn't showing a signal indicator in areas where it normally would, you can select "check status" on the online coverage tool - which also has the option to "report a problem" if necessary.
