Weak signal

Hi 

I have 1 bar of signal and no 5g in B23 area and at times in the middle of city centre as well. 

Need help to resolve this

@Missniesjj  Have you ever requested a replacement sim ?  Have you tried your SIM card in a different device or a different EE sim in your device?   Until you test the above it could simply be your device has a  fault.

There's nothing wrong with "only one bar" - it's still coverage. Your phone will always use 4G whenever 5G is unavailable, is it not doing that?

Are you having problems making or receiving calls, sending or receiving texts, or using mobile data? If so, what are they?

The 4g wasn't working as well and I couldn't use data but could send texts

What handset are you using your SIM card in? 
Are you able to test your SIM card in an alternative device at all?
