Carrier update 64.1 ?

Hi,

I have just sen a carrier update to 64.1. 
 Looks like it’s added voice over 5G standalone. As not seen that other option/ changes. 
not sure if anything else ?

Great to see this option, as not anything on other networks.

Thanks for coming to the community.

I noticed the 5G SA on mine as well, but I've not seen anything else just yet. Sometimes it can be just updates in the background.

Now I've just got to wait for 5G SA to be available in and around Newcastle.

Also waiting for Standalone to be enabled in the my part of Derbyshire - one thing I did have to do was turn RCS off and back on again as part of the update.

Hi,

Today in my settings I noticed a new toggle 'Voice over 5G Standalone'. Now, when I make a phone call over 5G in a SA area the phone stays on 5G SA instead of dropping down to 5G NSA. Has anyone else noticed this step forward? My device is an iphone 16 pro max for anyone wondering! Also the phone call quality on VoNR is fantastic!

Edit: This may be unrelated but since this toggle has appeared my phone has become more reluctant to use WiFi calling, not sure why but no issue!
