Unable to make or receive calls

I am two days without a mobile.  I cant make or receive calls.  All routes to BT and EE instruct you call phone numbers.  I need to speak with an agent please.  Texts are not going out.  WhatsApp and Skype are working.  Is it possible someone could email me please.  I cant afford to use eg Skype just now because it is too expensive and the wait time is >20 mins.  I have turned the mobile off and again a number of times.  The link requesting a call back is not working because I cant receive calls, same with 150 RETRY, and I am going around in circles for two days now.  I dont have access to another phone

I appreciate this must be a really tough situation too, and I definitely want to make sure we do our best to point you in the right direction for getting things sorted. 

When you look at the signal bars on your phone, is there a connection showing along with a 4G / 5G indicator?

Also when you're using WhatsApp and Skype, is this over a home WiFi Connection, or mobile data (e.g. 4G).

Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.
