@Purdy73  so this sim was in your old device and was ok in that device?   Can you try that sim in that device now ?

Not working in either phone now was sent a new sim also but message said use old sim

This may be a daft question, but have yountried flipping the sim over? It’s te easiest thing in the world to put the sim in upside down, since some phones have the contact side up, and others have contact side down.

It was a upgrade
