Yesterday my £15 subscription pack expired. The card I previous paid for was swallowed by a cash machine so I got a new and used it to pay for another £15 subscription pack. The payment was successful but I still have no data. I looked into my account and it says "Once you make a call or send a text, your pack will become active."
I tried making a call but it said I needed to top up to do that. Then I topped up £10 and made a call and it still hasn't activated. What should I do?

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble getting your new pack activated. Have you tried texting 'NOW' to 150?
