Joined EE today

Hello, Ive joined EE today. My phone on my old network stopped working. So I put the new sim in. 

 

For a while I was making calls and receiving calls from "temporary number" 

 

But now, whatever I call, I get "you have dialled an incorrect number" My old number (the one I want to keep now shows up on my EE account, but when I click it I get an error?)

 

What should I do? Please help

@Crazyjames   just give the transfer time to complete - it is not an instant process.
