Hello @Rashida1992 ,

Welcome to the community,

Do you have signal outside the home?

Do you have fixed internet at home? If you do, have you tried setting up wifi calling on your phone? That is what it is there for, if signal is not good,  as no network can be held responsible for signal inside a building.

It will depend on many things, such as where the signal is coming from, whether there is something blocking it, such as trees, buildings, it also depends on your building, whether the signal can penetrate.

If you do decide to try another network, there are only four of them, all others are MVNOs which use one of the main networks, then it might be a good idea to try a pay as you go card, to make sure that the signal is ok first.
