Downgrade in data speeds 2/3 bars of 4G and nothing works been like this for months. I have checked network status no faults.
Also whos bright idea was it to put a mast in amongst trees?? Surely they need trimming ? This is probably why I’m having these slow data issues . (Photo attached) Area Ludlow.

Hi @SaucyJames_01

Welcome to the community.

What kind of problem is this causing you? Are you able to make calls and use your mobile data?

Many thousands of network sites are located within forests & trees, it's often a great way of disguising the tower structure for planning purpose. If your phone is showing coverage bars, then by definition you have signal and thus your slow data doesn't necessarily have anything to do with vegetative growth.

Tree growth can be an issue for all networks during the summer months, but not for the reasons you describe. How confident are you that your serving site is the same tower that you've identified? What steps have you taken by means of troubleshooting, thus far?
