Signal and data bad all day and offices closed

I'm in Lowestoft and since around 11.30am until now no internet on my data WiFi box.. phone signal bad and data check on mobile about 1 MPs if lucky... No update from EE once reported and offices closed... Not impressed as amount of services I pay for without communication of issue.. Anyone got any news Nr330rh and nr321ux in my caravan.. Lowestoft

If you've not done so already, try toggling flight mode to ensure your phone hasn't "dropped off" available coverage. All EE's sites carry combinations of 2G/4G/5G, but 4G as a bare minimum.

Use the "check service status" option on https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker  in the first instance, to check for local service outages. The "report a problem" link should be used if no issues are reported but EE users continue to have issues.A loss of coverage will remove the ability to make/receive calls, send/receive texts or use mobile data.

If you're in the UK and have a WiFi connection, you can use WiFi-calling to keep using your phone as normal without needing network coverage.

I haven't been able to watch no TV as I use my SIM card unlimited data WiFi box all day and night.. phone to contact anyone dead as signal down.. jumping off next doors WiFi.. no correspondence from EE . I have 2 5g masts very close to me.. any idea what's happening please
