Rubbish signal internet and calls

The worst mistake was joining EE my first year was amazing every other year since then slowly getting worse and now it's ridiculous struggle to receive calls and my internet reception on my phone is useless by struggled to get on Facebook and stream videos on YouTube keep crashing intermittent internet

I wouldn't recommend EE to anyone anymore

I'm paying for something I struggle to use

@Summit_life : If it is a neighbourhood issue, you could consult Check service in your area  to see if any faults are being attended to in your local area. You may also Report a Problem there.

Voice calls & mobile data use the exact same network signal.

Does your phone show good coverage levels when you have problems with calls & data? What is the problem you're having with calls specifically? 

Have you reported those problems for investigations?
