I am having the same issue with you on my new EE sim. Surprise . . . . Has your issue been solved?
My mobile phone is only functional inside my house through wifi calling. Outside my house, it shows 'SERVICE UNAVAILABLE'.

So are you saying that you're a new customer to EE, and you are not getting indoor coverage at a particular location?

Do you have EE showing in your mobile network settings?
Are you able to try the SIM in another phone to see if you have signal?
