I am having the same issue with you on my new EE sim. Surprise . . . .  Has your issue been solved?  

My mobile phone   is only functional inside my house through wifi calling. Outside my house, it shows 'SERVICE UNAVAILABLE'.

I took the EE sim for a NEW account. 
My old sim was with O2 and was doing just fine.

So are you saying that you're a new customer to EE, and you are not getting indoor coverage at a particular location?

I am not having service connection/ data connection OUTSIDE of my house. Inside my house, I can only connect through WiFi. Thanks.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
My device is Sony Xperia. And yes, mobile Data is ON. Thanks

Do you have EE showing in your mobile network settings? 

Are you able to try the SIM in another phone to see if you have signal?

Yes the EE shows on my mobile network. It simply shows 'EE temporarily unavailable / Network Service Unavailable'. NO, I have not tried the EE sim on another phone. Thanks
