It's a network issue! Was ok a few months ago but I don't have any more internet in Central London ( The Lanesborough Hotel, The Peninsula Hotel, intercontinental Park Lane and Hard Rock cafe in the Piccadilly area). Looks like 4 G in the area and 2-3 lines of signal but unable to make a call in the area or the call drops when arriving in the area.Very disappointed, every week is worst

It's unacceptable to don't have internet and be unable to make calls in central London in 2023

Does VoLTE (Android) or 4G-calling (iOS) show on-screen when calls drop or fail to connect?
What happens when you try dialling in these locations?

I use IOS
The phone call is not proceeding, everything is normal on the screen!
If I am on the phone and arriving in the area, I cannot hear and after a few minutes, the call drop

Hi @Surmarius16.
When you are away from the area in question you can report this to our technical care team by calling 150.
The team will have access to systems to look into the area further.
