Why has EE signal gone so bad in Maidenhead, I get call drop outs continuously

The issues is phone calls. Talking to clients and suddenly they can’t hear me while I can hear them or my call just dropping off completely. I told EE the issue has got worse and worse slightly bad 8-12 months ago then 3-8 months bad and the last last 3 appalling. I was told to record issues and let them know  which I did, then I was told not to bother as the issue will not be improved

Two bits there:

1: Loss of in-call audio - is this a permanent loss, that never returns regardless of how long the call is held open? Or temporary losses that come and go?

2: Calls dropping when coverage is shown - that's a fault all day long, but it can equally be a device issue as easily as network. What have you done to narrow it either way?

I have experienced similar issues first-hand that I was convinced were network-caused. Only for the opposite to be the case, and a new phone solved them all.
