Poor signal

I’ve just recently moved from the for poor customer service, think I’ve jumped out of the frying pan into fire, whilst EE customer service / care is better (when you can get through) but their signal and especially where I live is poor - thought EE was the best ?

I'm unsure what your query is, but you can check coverage in any UK location using the online tool - https://coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee 

No network has 100% coverage of the UK, but EE do offer WiFi-calling to mitigate for indoor coverage issues where they occur.
