If you have a sudden or noticeable reduction in coverage levels, you can use the "check status" option on the status checker which then gives options for "get updates" or "report a problem" as appropriate.
It sounds like you're using the "check coverage" link for a prediction of normal service.

Thank you, I did not spot the check status option, which does show an issue, so I have requested updates as it claims the issue will be fixed shortly. Again thank you.

My only internet at home is via my phone, but as it happens, I was being blind and did not notice the check status option which does show there is a problem, so at least I now know. Thank you for responding.
