Super poor signal

Paying for unlimited minutes that i can't use. Signal is so poor i don't scratch the surface. It's the 21st century, why is it so seriously poor?!

Is this a recent problem that's just started?

What is reported on the coverage tool for your location? "Check coverage" predicts service, "check status" looks for faults & issues.

@DebsK   Is that indoors or outside?  Have you checked to see if there is a network issue in your area ?  You can use THIS to do just that.  Click the check status tab and you can report an issue if you believe there is an issue.

Not a new problem, ongoing for ever.

Unfortunately there will always be poor coverage areas with any mobile network, it's unavoidable. WiFi-calling is an excellent solution for indoor service problems.

It's bad indoors and outdoors. I don't live in the middle of nowhere either but i do live in this century. EE was the last network to try and i was expecting much better, it's so disappointing.

Have you tried WiFi Calling to at least be able to use your minutes when connected to WiFi?

 

Do you have signal bars on your phone?

 

What phone are you using?
