EE mobile phone mast

[AC125]

We have a EE 5G mast on our road. Recently the cooling fan on it is admitting a very loud buzzing noise, which is not great in a residential area. What can be done about this?

For info, all EE sites should have a H&S notice on the perimeter with a free contact number for scenarios such as this. Very likely in a similar place to the legal notice you've posted.
