Poor signal

- 2 weeks ago the signal in dt11, has become really bad. Same phone and location as the last 4 years. Area coverage checker shows I should have excellent signal as I have had in the past, but clearly not now. I have restarted the phone, reset network connections and no change. Any ideas?

If you have a sudden or noticeable reduction in coverage levels, you can use the "check status" option on the status checker which then gives options for "get updates" or "report a problem" as appropriate.
It sounds like you're using the "check coverage" link for a prediction of normal service.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

My only internet at home is via my phone, but as it happens, I was being blind and did not notice the check status option which does show there is a problem, so at least I now know. Thank you for responding.
