Poor signal at home

My signal in my house is non existent I've got no bars i have wifi calling on but calls are still not connecting and it's going to my voicemail without even ringing what can I do about this as I'm paying for a service but I can't even use my mobile for calls at home.  I live in Bracknell. I've got a Samsung s23 ultra. Thanks.

Is your phone connected to a WiFi-hotspot, and does it show a WiFi-calling indicator?

Omg I feel really stupid i thought I had wifi calling enabled but I didn't I had the volte icon and thought that was it but then I saw the icon on your post and looked and didn't have it enabled 🤦🏻‍♀️ thank you very much .
