Hi we are moving to an area where there is very poor mobile coverage from all networks. There is a golf course right next door where the membership complain bitterly about the poor coverage - especially as it prevents the use of golfing apps. I realise that putting a new mast in is a long and expensive process but can we put on an appeal for the area to be considered? There is a population of around 4000 in this area of flat Surrey countryside - and it is in close vicinity to Gatwick Airport with the itinerant population passing through the area on a daily basis so this would not be of limited use.

@Jonteepierre The golf course could make this request if they have spare land for a mast to go on,

Any potentially interested landlord is free to offer their land for consideration, but the suggestion of a new site generally comes through the customer or network planning process.
If all operators are poor in a given area, then there may be another issue that's not so easily solved.
