I have had this issue in xxxx xxx since they did work on a ‘local’ tower on 25/5/2023

I have got through to technicians on 3 occasions and they have said that they will send engineers out, I get texts saying that the engineer has visited and not found found a problem.

The last technicians did say that when they worked on the tower they may have slightly changed the angle of the data cell and that 1/2 a degree could make all the difference to my reception and  that he could see that  I am receiving from the voice cell and that my phone no longer ‘sees’ the data cell

I was able to cope with 36 mbps which is what I have had since I moved here in Sept 2022 but to go down to rarely achieving 1 mbps is virtually useless.

Just waiting until 8 am to fight through the first line operators to speak to a technician again . . . . 🙁

Voice calls & mobile data both use the same network signal.

You're right to be pursuing this with CS. Any known issues should be listed on the website status tool.
