Hi @Angela105
Are you on PAYG or pay monthly contract?
Did you get your device from EE?
Have you checked for local issues as @Chris_B said?
Thanks

I have done checker for signal and states there is a fault and could take upto 16 hours or more to repair. My concern is that my mother relies on her mobile as shes elderly and for the signal to be off now 3 days scares her.

Hi @Angela105
Hopefully the engineers can get it working soon. If you have fixed line broadband, you may be able to get some use out of WiFi Calling in the mean time.

She doesnt have wi-fi. She is only able phone people usually. Thats why she has a mobile phone. Also she has the early stage of dementia so thats why its important too.

I understand, @Angela105.
Our engineers will be working very hard to get the service back to normal as soon as possible.
Thank you for your patience so far.
Chris
