Data Stops Until Airplane Mode Reset

I’m also having exactly the same issue with EE on an iphone 15. I think it’s happening moving between cell towers and the only way to get data back is to turn airplane mode on and off. It never shows a loss of signal.

Do you have any issues with voice calls when you move between serving sites/sectors?
