Supposedly the mast has been integrated into the network, then why is it I’m still experiencing signal issues.

I shouldn’t have to reply on WiFi calling to have signal or to make/receive phone calls and text etc.

If you're having issues in the area, you check on our Service Status Checker to see if we have any reported problems for your postcode. If nothing is showing, you can report the problems you're having and the network team will get this looked into.
