Phone has completely stopped working

My sim has completely stopped working, I can’t call anyone, no one can call me, your chat isn’t working on the app and from what I’ve read, the only way to actually get some help on this is to call someone. But I don’t have another phone. Surely there is some way to message or chat to someone? I need to use my phone urgently for work, I don’t understand how a sim can just stop working?

In what way has your phone/SIM "completely stopped working"? What, if any, error messages do you get? Or is this just a case of your phone not showing coverage?

The latter is often caused by a local outage, if in a location you've previously had service. Use the "check status" option on https://coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee in these situations.
