@Dar1984  What phone ?  Are you indoors or outside when this happens?   What strength signal does your device show ?   Does this happen in more than one location?

Are you reporting dropped calls when your phone displays coverage? Or loss of in-call audio while a call remains active?

As above, is this location-specific or is it a general problem regardless of where you are?

This happened since I've had the phone and I've just lived with it.

Does this happen in a particular location? I know Inverness & the Highlands quite well, are you able to be more specific on the location? And clarify the two questions above.

Based on the info provided, the advice can only be very general. That is, that coverage varies and if you travel into an area with no coverage, calls will drop.

You can check local coverage using the webtool - https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker

Hi @Dar1984

So this only happens when connected to your car via Bluetooth, i am assuming you're hands free.

What car, model and year do you have.

Is your phone a Pixel 8.

Thanks
