No it’s not just you. I’ve had so many problems when my phone connects to a 5G network. Phone runs very slow online. Texts and phone calls are ok it’s just when I’m using internet.

Yes happens all over. I’m a coach driver and up and down the country. 5G just slows my phone down

Was at hull the deep last week and was same there for 3 drivers including myself

Only sometimes as I said phone becomes very slow and sometimes not able to connect and of course there’s coverage.

Do we have any network issues reported on the Service Status Checker for the areas you have problems accessing data?
If not, you can report the problems on the status checker and our network team will get this investigated.

I’ve reported areas on may occasions but they always come back as there’s not a problem. Sometimes I wonder if it’s a waste of time reporting anything as EE always makes you think it’s at our end where the problem is. I worked In IT for 5 yrs and know pretty much on how every thing works.

I have the same problem pal but with 5G. EE as you say just don’t acknowledge there’s a problem but we as phone users know there is. Pay bills on time but no compo because there’s no other reported issues. It’s a joke and when my contracts up I’m off.
