Pathetic data speeds with a strong 4G signal... why??

So in a fairly large area around Chelmsford railway station, I have 3-4 bars of 4G signal but almost non existent data... see speed test result from today:

Is this something that EE would look into? When you're on the Full Works plan which isn't cheap it's a bit galling to have this 😞

I used CM1 1NR to search, I have a suspicion which site may be affected.

In response to Northerner, there is no 5G coverage in this area - but a very strong 4G capacity deployment as mentioned above. Both serving sites have dual-carrier B3 & B7, one has B1.

Thank you for this... when you say "affected" do you mean one site might actually have an issue? Should I report this using that postcode?

The fault I identified looks to have been resolved now. If you're still having issues in this location, then I'd definitely recommend using the "report a problem" link on the status checker.
