I've been with EE since 2019. I stayed with them because they had a strong signal in my workplace and where I go to the gym where other networks struggled. Since that time Vodafone and iD have got better whilst EE has got worse. I struggle to get a signal in my workplace and gym. I catch a bus to work and where the used to be 1 blackspot depending on the bus it can be 3/4 which shows up on the coverage checker. I have had the Iphone 14 Pro Max and now on the 16 Pro. What should I do, as the contract is not cheap and I am not getting the service like I used to?

Hi @SarahVB89
EE (like all networks) does not guarantee a signal everywhere and some areas will be better than others. Equally Vodafone will have the same issues in some areas.
As long as you're receiving a signal then you're using EE network.
You can check issues with EE network here: https://ee.co.uk/help/service-status
Thanks
