I can't make any calls not even to EE to get some support - every time I try and call I get the message not registered on network.  I've just transferred to EE and paid my first bill !! What can I do?  I only have my mobile so have no way of contacting anyone without it? I'm working from home and live alone so not great !

Thanks so much, I've set up my Wifi calling now and it works 😊 I've also had a text from EE to say there is a problem in my area and they are hoping to fix it in the next hour.

Hi @jillyhoots

Is your phone displaying signal bars? If not - you can check for local area faults here - this site also includes facilities to get updates on known issues and report any suspected problems not yet listed.

Do you have WiFi at home? If you do - or indeed anytime you don't have mobile signal for whatever reason - you can use EE's EE's WiFi calling to call & text as normal.

Thanks I've just checked for faults and it says engineers are on site and upgrading the network, they expect good service in two hours so I guess that's causing the problem?  I do have Wifi at home so how do I use EEs wifi calling ?

Click on the link I created in my previous post - or here

The help page will show you all the steps to use the service.

The problem is that the sim card is not activated

You would need to call EE.

None of this is any use.  It happens all the time. I have to restart my phone (Galaxy A40) to fix it. Then it's ok. For while.... Very not happy.

Hi there @GrahamRounce

Thanks for coming here.

Are you able to try the SIM card in another phone to see if the same happens?

Speak soon 🙂

Leanne.
