No Network

Hi @ALL 

I have been having network issues for 2 days, I cant call EE as I cant make calls and I have no other mobile to use.

How do I contact them as there live chat is unable to help and keep telling me to call and there is no EE email address

Hi @gmorrin1 

Welcome to the community.

We do have an online network checker, where you can see if there are any current works or problems in the area that may be impacting you.

If there is a problem showing, you can sign up for updates, and if not, you can report a problem.

When you say you've had network issues, what is happening? 

Is it just in one area or different locations?

Thank you for your reply and the online network checker link.

I have checked multiple time and I apparently there are no issues in my area, but there was the ability to report the problem which I have now done so thank you.

I am just concerned as my children or school can not contact myself or my husband who is also experiencing the same issue as me with his EE phone.

Are you able to use wifi calling, or could you use it before this happened and now it's not working either? Are you on pay monthly or payg?

You really need to call EE and discuss it though. Is there no one around with a phone you can borrow?
