Phone Mast Down - Compensation

Getting very poor signal got told this morning phone mast is down and issue is quiet big. The operator said they Wilkins be applying £23 credit how long does it take to show up on my charges?

Nertwork outages happen on all mobile networks and you are very fortunate to have been offered that amount of credit for what is a BAU occurrence.
