Hi @Nickcw,

Welcome to the EE Community

I am sorry to hear you have little coverage around your area, have you spoken to our technical team previously to see if there are any issues in your area we are aware of? You may already be aware but at least in areas where you do have WiFi available, such as at home, you can use WiFi calling to help with coverage issues.

If you are wishing to transer your number to another network via PAC code though you can get it via your online account, via text or by giving us a call. Our help page has all the information you need on the drop down menu How to get your PAC.

@Nickcw :  The simplest way to get a PAC if you have only 1 no. on your a/c is to text PAC to 65075. It will respond with your PAC & how much you will have to pay in Early Termination Fees if you are still within your min term. Give the PAC to new provider. This will have the effect of cancelling your EE contract but you may be liable to pay early termination fees. Best to do this in last few days of your contract term so you have little or no overlap.
