No signal in Olympia, London

Hello,

I work next to the massive Olympia development in central London. About a week ago, myself and all of my colleagues on EE found that we have no mobile signal whatsoever. Other networks are fine. Seems like a network issue, which may be linked to the redevelopment. 

How do I find out whether this is a known issue or raise the issue? My search on the signal check sight said there were no issues at my postcode, but that’s clearly untrue.

If multiple EE users are reporting similar issues in the same area, and the status checker advises no issues - every affected user should select "report a problem" and provide requested details.

Further checks can then be made.
