I have been without phone service since 16th June. I can't get through on the phone, I've reported it numerous times through the website, local community groups have been keeping people updated but with conflicting info. This is unacceptable to be left paying for service you are not providing nor are you explaining to customers what the situation is.

To clarify, you've already reported the issue using the Network & Coverage Tool?
Rather than waiting on the phone, you can also speak to someone over live chat or phone by visiting this page, selecting the product you need help with and then clicking on the 'Start Conversation' button when it appears. Live chat is available 8am - 10:30pm every day.
