Hello,
You'll not get any official reply to this here, it's a community forum. Questions like these should be directed to customer services.
Regardless, I believe that EE have stopped issuing booster boxes, and mine stopped working earlier this year. Your best bet is to investigate "WiFi calling", where your phone can connect to EE's mobile network using your home's WiFi/Internet service. If you let us know what kind of device you have, someone can probably point you in the right direction.
Finally, I'd remove your personal information from your post, by editing it.
Best of luck
W.

@wallacio is quite right. The EE Signal Box has been withdrawn due to the upcoming removal of 3G worldwide.

The "booster box" you refer to, was a 3G microcell but as mentioned, these are now discontinued.
If you have WiFi at home and a compatible phone, then WiFi-calling has been EE's recommended solution for indoor coverage issues for many years now. It also allows seamless handover of calls between the 4G mobile network and your home WiFi.
