No mobile data at all and the costumer support isn't work 24/7

I switched from O2 to EE because they promised a better network. Since I switched, my data has been really slow or doesn’t work at all. I can't even watch a video or accept a call on Messenger or any other app. When I realised the issue, because indoors I used my broadband and tried to contact customer service, I realised they don't have any staff after working hours. I can’t call them during their working hours and I am paying for a service I never received. Disappointed with EE.

On a broad basis I would certainly expect an EE phone to perform better than an O2 one, but there will always be localised variations.

Are you experiencing these issues in one specific location, or is it more generalised? And when you say data "doesn't work at all", is this where you have coverage and can make/receive calls?

I received calls but the internet, video calls on messenger Whatsapp etc doesn't work and the internet seems like loading for ever. O facing the same issues in multiple area but in Palmer green is the worst one

Hi @kostaskar,

Welcome to the Community!

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with your connection. You can check if there is any work being carried out in your area using our Coverage Checker, or you can reach our team until 9pm during the week.

EE absolutely do have CS evenings and weekends.

Do you have any friends or relatives who use EE, and you could see what service they get in these areas? That's a real-world test that no CS agent can help you with.

@kostaskar , you cn check here for opening hours, as they are there in the evening, just not 24:7:

https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee/complaint

Have you also made sure that parental control is set to full access, which you can find by clicking on the icon top right, settings permissions and then clicking on settings, you will find it there, so long as you are on contract and not pay as you go, you can do this yourself, on pay as you go, you would have to ring customer service and pay a refundable amount to do this or go to an EE store with photo ID.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

@kostaskar  customer support is open 8am – 9pm Monday to Friday and 8am – 8pm Saturday and Sunday

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
