Have you check by clicking on help, then scroll down to connection issues and it should let you know where you can also report it.

Sorry to hear you’re facing problems with signal. 

The first step to try is restarting your device.  Do you have an alternative device you can test your SIM card in? 
If you still have the same problem, do you know if anyone else on EE is facing the same issue? 

You can check coverage and network status at Check mobile coverage where you can also report any issues you are facing, as well as sign up for updates on any known issues that may be going on.
